At Pop’s Punch, we strive to deliver your order promptly and efficiently. However, shipping times may occasionally be impacted by high order volumes or unforeseen postal service delays beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to ensure timely delivery.

Order Processing Time

All orders require a processing time of up to 3 business days before they are shipped. Please account for this processing time in addition to the shipping time estimates below.

Shipping Time & Rates - Canada

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days*.

Express Shipping:  Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days*.

Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

*Delivery standards apply to items sent between most major urban centres and are estimates only.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Orders returned due to address errors will be refunded (excluding shipping fees). You will need to place a new order with the correct address.

Express Shipping:  Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days*.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Canada and the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

If you have not received your order within 7 days of the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shopify@popspunch.com with your name and order number for assistance.
